Late: $10 late fee will be applied 10 minutes after start time After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled and 50% of service will be charged to the card you have on file

Cancellation: MUST cancel or reschedule within 48 hours If you fail to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours 50% of the service cost will be charged to the card you have on file After 2 cancellations a 50% deposit will be required to reschedule

No Show: 100% of service will be charged to card on file MUST pay 50% deposit for future services After 2 no shows you will no longer be able to schedule services
